The Government has decided :
- to extend the deadline for applying for the APLD to December 30, 2022 (from June 30, 2022)
- to extend the APLD scheme by 12 months.

*: If you have set up the APLD by Unilateral Document: to apply for a period of 36 consecutive or non-consecutive months, out of a reference period of 48 consecutive months, the branch agreement must first have been the subject of a revision amendment incorporating the extension.
If you have set up the APLD through a company agreement : if the agreement expressly provides for the mobilization of the scheme for up to 24 months out of a reference period of 36 consecutive months, it will be necessary to negotiate and conclude an amendment to the initial agreement.
