Our CSR commitments

The Professional Equality Index compares the situation of men and women within a given company.

Rated out of 100 points, it is calculated on the basis of 5 indicators:

  • The gender pay gap.
  • The difference in the distribution of individual increases.
  • The promotion distribution gap.
  • The number of employees returning from maternity leave.
  • Parity among the 10 highest earners.
