Professional equality index: new obligations

Companies with 50 or more employees

Each year, you must publish the results of the professional equality index for the previous year no later than March^{1 of} the current year.

The results must be published on the company's website; failing this, employees must be informed of the results by any other means.

From May^1, 2021 :

• the publication must be visible and legible
• results must remain available for consultation until the following year's publication
• the result must be reported to the labor inspectorate

From June^1, 2021:

• the obligation to publish will also cover the results obtained for each indicator (and not just the overall result).
