The "Health Law", which comes into force on March 31, 2022, also lays down new training obligations for CSE members.
As a result, when professional elections are held and employees are elected as members of the CSE, the employer is now obliged to provide them with training in health, safety and working conditions.
This training lasts a minimum of 5 days for all members of the CSE, whether full or alternate members (3 days minimum in the event of renewal of the mandate).
Training courses are financially supported by :
- OPCOO in companies with fewer than 50 employees
- by the employer in companies with 50 or more employees.
