Previously, every month (or every quarter, depending on the payment frequency), the building and civil engineering company (or third-party declarant) had to send the BAC (bordereau d'appel de cotisations ) or wage declaration to the fund.
From 2022 onwards, they will be required to submit a Déclaration Sociale Nominative (DSN) every month.
This replaces monthly or quarterly declarations.
From 2023, it will also replace the CIBTP DNA and DADSU.
Once again this year, in April, companies in the building and civil engineering sector will have to send their annual nominative declaration (DNA) to the CIBTP fund.
