Nathalie Moal began her career with EXCO in 1990. She worked on company valuations and acquisition audits. She took part in a number of major projects in the private healthcare sector (restructuring, mergers, tariff negotiations). In 2003, she joined a group of private healthcare establishments as Head of Group Management Control, and took part in acquisition audits and business plan preparation.
In 2008, she joined HD Report,EXCO AESE's IT subsidiary, which specializes in the implementation of computerized budget and financial control solutions (mainly in the healthcare sector) and in IS auditing of public healthcare establishments (certification).
Nathalie has been a partner ofEXCO AESE Lyon since 2009 and manager of HD Report since 2024.
