Health law webinar: what are the implications for employers?

Law 2021-1018 of August 2, 2021 strengthens occupational health prevention and creates new measures concerning prevention at work, medical monitoring and safety training.

It focuses on 4 areas:

1. Prevention within companies, decompartmentalizing public health and occupational health.
2. Offers prevention and occupational health services to companies and employees, particularly in terms of prevention and support.
3. Support for certain target groups, particularly the vulnerable and disabled, and the fight against professional exclusion.
4. Governance of occupational health and safety.
