DuoDay: A day of inclusion through employment
DuoDay consists in welcoming a disabled person to our Exco offices on a national day, in a duo with a volunteer professional. The day's program includes discovery of the profession, active participation and immersion in the company. It's an opportunity to meet others, to change the way we look at inclusion, to overcome prejudice, and to create future opportunities.
