Exco Nexiom and Exco Strasbourgboth members of the Exco France network, announce their merger to form the Exco Nexiom Group. The two firms now have a total of 300 staff and 24 partners, with annual sales of 29 million euros.
The merger was prompted by their regional proximity in the Grand Est region of France, their membership of the Exco France network, and their shared business and client identities. This shared identity has given rise to the desire to bring together the resources and practices of the two firms, which are close and long-established, in the fields of chartered accountancy, corporate advisory services, financial auditing of listed and unlisted companies, arbitration, litigation expertise and independent valuation and equity transactions, which make up their offering.
This proximity is in line with the revolution in the professions and practices of auditing and accounting firms, where union serves market demand.
