Exco Finance et Transactions and Financière de Courcelles announce the arrival of Hélène Valdiguié as Associate Director for the Occitanie region.

After a number of years working for companies in the Occitanie region, both in industrial project financing and as CFO, Hélène set up the Toulouse office of Crédit Agricole Mid Caps Advisors (formerly SODICA Corporate Finance).

Director of this structure for more than 10 years, she has assisted numerous SME and ETI shareholder managers in their sales, acquisitions and fund-raising operations.

Today, she has decided to put her experience at the service of Exco by actively participating in the development of the new subsidiary dedicated to M&A, "Exco Finance et Transactions", as part of her partnership with the merchant bank Financière de Courcelles.

Thanks to her knowledge of the market and her involvement in this partnership, Hélène will be able to support all Occitanie's economic players, whatever their size or capital adequacy issues.

Hélène is a graduate of KEDGE and TBS.
