EXCO GHA Mauritania, in partnership with DROIT AFRIQUE, has just issued a press release, in French and English, on the publication of the General Tax Code, 2023 edition.
This edition has been updated to take account of the provisions of law n°2020-006 of June 4, 2020 on the rectifying finance law for the year 2020 and law n°2021-001 of January 08, 2021 on Finance for the year 2021.
Following a major overhaul by the tax authorities, a new General Tax Code has been adopted by law n°2019-018 of April 29, 2019. The provisions of the new Code have been applicable since January 1, 2020.
