When employees in the HCR (Hotels, Cafés, Catering) sector are forced to work part-time or have to be rehoused, they can receive a solidarity grant of €1,000 per employee + €500 per dependent child to help them cope with the initial emergency.
This social action is implemented by the HCR branch's social partners, in addition to the company's provident and healthcare cover.
To take advantage of this service, you must :
- You must be an employee of the HCR branch and contribute to one of the following insurers:Malakoff Humanis or KLESIA ;
- Reside and/or work in an area where the state of natural disaster has been recognized (publication of official decrees).
There is no means-test to qualify for assistance, but it does depend on one of the following situations:
- the dwelling has been damaged to such an extent as to oblige the occupant(s) to relocate;
- the employing company will be closed for at least 10 days as a result of damage caused by the event forcing the employer to activate partial activity.
