Benjamin POULARD graduated in Chartered Accountancy in 2007 and holds a PhD in Management Science. He has been an Exco AVEC partner since 2010. He works as a statutory auditor or chartered accountant for SMEs, ETIs and associations. He has developed experience in consolidation, international accounting standards and valuation issues. He participates in buy-side and sell-side due-diligence assignments in connection with equity transactions for industrial players and investment funds.
He has been Managing Director of Exco AVEC with Yann Maugeais since 2023, and is a member of the Exco France Board of Directors.
